Break the pattern you were handed.

Vyhr is a practice, not a feed you scroll. Built around your specific patterns

Nothing resets.

A vessel that fills as you go. No streak to protect or rank to chase, just your own accumulating proof.

Two ways to show up.

The same practice with two sensory environments. One for when the world is already a bit too loud. (Try the toggle in the header.)

Stuck looks different
on everyone.
For the over-clocked.
"I'm constantly 'working on myself' but not having anything to show for it."

For the drifters.
"I'm a bundle of coping mechanisms."
tap to see who
For the ones who've tried everything.
"I want something that can't be charmed by me."
tap to see who
For the steady with one stuck thing.
"Everything works perfectly. Except that one, unrelenting part that doesn't."

How it actually works. Not a shortcut, but a different road entirely.

A mapping quiz.
We're not looking for a personality type. These are questions designed so we find specifically which pattern is running underneath.
R—02
A path, built for you.
A structured curriculum that begins exactly where you are. Not where someone else was.
R—03
Active Reprogramming.
Vyhr isn't about meditation or journaling. These cognitive exercises are designed to interrupt the pattern while it's running. Not in retrospect.

Real research. No woo.

Built on cognitive behavioral therapy and the neuroplasticity literature that emerged from it1. Every ritual will directly cite the work it's drawn from. Because you should know exactly what's happening in your brain when you do this.

We believe understanding the mechanism is part of the mechanism.2.

A note

I built Vyhr because I needed it.

I tried everything. Affirmations, manifesting, podcasts, self-help books, mindfulness, literally all of it. And every single one made me feel like I was doing something but none of it touched the actual problem.

Underneath all of it was this one question I couldn't answer: why don't I believe I can do better? Why am I allowing myself to get stuck again.

That question is exactly what Vyhr is built around. Not the feeling of working on yourself, the actual work.
